Magokoro's Weekly Diary

Ever such a slight haze is sprinkled over the mountains today. As you can see, I have taken a slightly pulled back shot to encompass the wider landscape. It really is beautiful.

I woke up this morning with a slightly stuffy nose but after a fresh 45-minute bike ride along the river, with these sorts of views to accompany me, a Greek yoghurt with honey and a cup of Green Juice 7 PLUS it has cleared up and I am as clean as a whistle.

With my airways clear, I look out to the panorama and see that the riverside is fairly free from people exercising this morning. I can see a solitary soul walking his or her dog, wrapped up in a shell suit and, as I write this, another person rides into view on their bicycle also wearing a shell suit. Are they making a fashion comeback? I haven't seen any since the late 80's.

Maybe people are putting the final touches on their Christmas preparations. I have nearly finished all of my shopping. Just one or two more things to buy this evening. It is such a delight to give gifts to friends and family. See their smiles as they open their presents and are thrilled with their new bicycles (children) or are just happy and satisfied with their new socks. (Dads)

It is also the time of year where we start thinking about our New Year's resolutions. What are yours? Looking to stay in shape? Start the New Year with a health kick? You know where to look! Our online shop has everything you could need.
