Magokoro's Weekly Diary

The clouds are sweeping over the peak of Mt Gongen this morning. The raining is falling steadily, each drop feels like it has come directly out of the freezer. I spy a solitary figure speed walking along the riverside. She is wrapped up to the nines; gloves, scarves, hat, big winter coat. Brave lady. Still, despite the dark clouds, icy rain and sharp wind, the air is fresh and we at Magokoro love freshness. Even as I type this, the sun is trying to fight through the clouds to give us a potentially beautiful afternoon. 

I had a Green Juice 7 PLUS before bed last night and first thing this morning. A great way to end the day and encourage super sleep and then, conversely a really good drink to get you raring to go in the morning.
